How do I prevent my pick up or alternative carrier orders from being imported into ShipFare??

You can block orders from being imported into ShipFare based on the shipping service chosen at checkout. For example, if your customer chooses the service "Pickup from Store" or "Local Delivery" at checkout you may not want to allow those orders to get mixed up with orders you plan to ship with ShipFare. To block certain services and make sure the orders placed with those shipping methods are not imported visit: Preset > Options > Service Mapping > Blocked Services:
