How do I schedule a UPS pick-up or drop-off?

Scheduling Pick-Ups

Please visit UPS.com and create an account directly on their site which you will use solely to schedule and manage pick-ups. There, you can set up recurring weekly or same-day pick-ups, etc. You will be assigned a new account number, which will be your pick-up account and it is not needed for any other purpose.  There is a cost associated with pick-ups that UPS calculates based on your location among other factors. We do not cover or take any part in this cost.

Drop-offs 

Once you have labeled your package and it is ready to ship, visit a UPS drop-off location and hand them the package. No additional paperwork or fees are required.
